52:27-13.5. Manner of certifying resolution; binding effect Any resolution adopted by the commission pursuant to sections 52:27-13.1 to 52:27-13.4 of this title may be certified to the municipality by the commission in the manner provided in section 52:27-64 of this title, and when so certified the provisions of such resolution shall be binding upon such municipality.
