52:27-14. Funding or refunding indebtedness; resolution by commission The commission may from time to time prepare and certify to the governing body of any municipality in which the commission is functioning, resolutions providing for the funding or refunding of notes or bonds, or other indebtedness of the municipality, and the interest thereon, which the commission shall have found after public hearing to be outstanding and unpaid and to be due or to become due.
