52:27-32. Article inapplicable to bonds issued after June 1, 1936 This article shall not apply to bonds issued after June first, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, by any municipality pursuant to this chapter, nor to actions or proceedings for the enforcement of such bonds, nor to the enforcement of any judgment, decree, levy or execution for the recovery of the amount due on such bonds.
