52:27-32.1. Enforcement of judgments, etc., against municipality stayed; necessity of court order Whenever the commission shall function in any municipality and so long as it shall continue so to do, no judgment, levy or execution against the municipality or the property thereof for the recovery of the amount due on any bonds, notes or other obligations of the municipality, in the payment of which the municipality has defaulted, shall be enforced until otherwise directed by the Superior Court in an appropriate action or proceeding for such purpose, after notice to the commission; and the enforcement of any such judgment, levy or execution shall be stayed until otherwise directed as aforesaid. Amended by L.1953, c. 49, p. 871, s. 34.
