Cession of jurisdiction pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1995, c.212 (C.52:30-12) shall become effective upon acceptance thereof in writing by an authorized official of the United States on behalf of the United States, which shall be transmitted to, and filed in , the office of the Secretary of State of New Jersey, and a copy thereof shall be published in the New Jersey Register.
