52:31-12. Products of labor of inmates of institutions excepted Nothing contained in sections 52:31-9 to 52:31-11 of this title shall be construed to affect any provision of any law of this state relating to the purchase, sale, use or disposition of the products of the labor of the inmates of any charitable, reformatory or penal institution of this state.
