52:31-15. Using vehicle not marked; misdemeanor Any person using any such automobile or vehicle without the same being so marked, and any person or officer upon whose authority such automobile or vehicle not so marked is used, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine of not exceeding one hundred dollars.
