§ 52-32-1-3

52:32-1.3. 'Public contract' defined As used in this act, 'public contract' means any contract or agreement entered into by a state or any instrumentality of that state to purchase goods, services or both. L. 1985, c. 156, s. 1, eff. April 26, 1985.
