Accrual of prejudgment interest not permitted Nothing in this act shall be construed as permitting the accrual of prejudgment interest in the case of a disputed contract for which a notice of claim has been filed under the 'New Jersey Contractual Liability Act,' N.J.S. 59:13-1 et seq., as provided in N.J.S. 59:13-8.
