52:34-18 Violations; crime. 13. Any person knowingly authorizing, consenting to, making or procuring to be made any purchase, contract or agreement in violation of any of the provisions of P.L.1954, c.48 (C.52:34-6 et seq.) or knowingly making or procuring to be made payment of State funds for or on account of any purchase, contract or agreement known to him to have been made or entered into in violation of any of the provisions of P.L.1954, c.48 (C.52:34-6 et seq.) shall be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
