52:4-2. Effective date of 1960 census The Federal Census of 1960 shall become effective May 6, 1961, or on the date of the filing of the bulletin provided for in section 52:4-1 of the Revised Statutes, whichever date is later. Amended by L.1961, c. 3, p. 15, s. 1.
