53:1-11.9. Rules and regulations The superintendent may promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of this act. Rules and regulations promulgated by the superintendent shall concern the inspectors and other employees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Bureau and the internal operating procedures of that bureau.
