53:3-8. Establishment; 'sending and receiving' stations There shall be established a basic system of teletype communication providing for 'sending and receiving' stations at each of the state police troop headquarters and department headquarters and such other 'sending and receiving' stations as the police problem of the state may require for the purpose of prompt collection and distribution of police information throughout the state.
