54:1-53. Appropriations In addition to such amounts as are required by law to be deposited in the 'Municipal Purposes Tax Assistance Fund,' there shall be annually appropriated to the fund such sums as may be necessary to provide an amount annually available for the purposes of this act of not less than $27,000,000.00.
