54:1-79. Certified entitlement amount; anticipation of sums in budget Any municipality receiving a certification from the State Treasurer pursuant to section 8 of this act shall anticipate such sums in its annual budget or any amendments or supplements thereto as a direct offset to the amount to be raised by taxation.
