54:11D-5. Annual payment and distribution to municipalities The State Treasurer annually, on or before the date set forth in section 6 of this act, upon the warrant of the State Comptroller, shall pay and distribute to each municipality its entitlement determined in accordance with the provisions of section 1 of this act.
