54:29A-24.4. Payment to collector or other proper officer; time; manner The sums payable as State aid pursuant to this act shall be paid to the collector or other proper officer of each municipality entitled thereto on or before December 10 in each year by the State Treasurer on warrant of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting.
