§ 54-29a-56

54:29A-56. Collection not to be stayed The payment or collection of taxes heretofore or hereafter assessed to any taxpayer shall not be stayed by the writ or order of any court, except as otherwise provided in section thirty-eight of this act. L.1941, c. 291, p. 791, s. 56.
