§ 54-29a-59

54:29A-59. Parties to proceedings All persons having liens upon or claiming any interest in the property or rights to property sought to be subjected as aforesaid shall be made parties to such proceedings and be brought into court. L.1941, c. 291, p. 792, s. 59.
