54:32B-4.1 Rate of tax imposed from July 15, 2006 through September 30, 2006. 19. Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 3 and 6 of P.L.1966, c.30 (C.54:32B-3 and 54:32B-6) to the contrary, from July 15, 2006 through September 30, 2006 the rate of tax imposed pursuant to the 'Sales and Use Tax Act,' P.L.1966, c.30 (C.54:32B-1 et seq.) shall be 7%.
