54:32B-8.26. Flags of the United States of America or State of New Jersey Receipts from sales of the flag of the United States of America and of the flag of the State of New Jersey are exempt from the tax imposed under the Sales and Use Tax Act. L.1980, c. 105, s. 38, eff. Sept. 11, 1980.
