54:40A-37. Proceeds of the collection of taxes and license fees to be paid to State Treasurer All taxes, fees, penalties and interest received or collected by the director, pursuant to the provisions of this act, shall be paid to the State Treasurer. L.1948, c. 65, p. 171, s. 701.
