54:47E-16. Appropriation In addition to any other appropriation to the Department of Agriculture there is hereby appropriated to the department for the use of the commission during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1966, the sum of $20,000.00 which sum shall be reimbursed to the State in 3 equal yearly installments, the first being due 1 year after the act becomes effective.
