§ 54-3-7-1

54:3-7.1. Reference to secretary of county board of taxation to mean and refer to office of county tax administrator Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise, reference is made to the office of secretary of the county board of taxation, the same shall be considered to mean and refer to the office of the county tax administrator established pursuant to this act.
