§ 54-33-9

54:33-9. Appraisers and employees; employment by tax commissioner The state tax commissioner shall appoint all appraisers and employees necessary to carry out the provisions of chapters 33 to 36 of this title (s. 54:33-1 et seq.), subject always to the provisions of Title 11, Civil Service.
