54:39-132 Report of deliveries of fuel in bulk. 32. Every railway or railroad company, water transportation company, and every person transporting fuels in bulk, between points within the State, and every railway or railroad company, water transportation company, and every person transporting fuel in bulk to a point outside the State from any point within the State, or to a point within the State from a point outside of the State, shall, (at any time, and from time to time, upon written request of the director) report, in a manner prescribed by the director, all deliveries of fuel in bulk so made to points within or without the State.
