54:39-149 Disposition of moneys received from taxes on aircraft fuel. 49. Moneys received from taxes on fuel used in aircraft, pursuant to subsection b. of section 3 of P.L.2010, c.22 (C.54:39-103), shall be accounted for and forwarded by the director to the State Treasurer, who shall credit these payments to the Airport Safety Fund established by section 4 of the 'New Jersey Airport Safety Act of 1983,' P.L.1983, c.264 (C.6:1-92).
