§ 54-4-101

54:4-101. Payment required in sixty days In case of the abatement or revision of any such taxes, assessments or other municipal charges by the governing body, such abatement or revision shall be null and void unless the amount agreed upon by such governing body to be paid in satisfaction thereof shall be paid within sixty days thereafter.
