54:4-111. Other rights unimpaired None of the provisions of sections 54:4-109 to 54:4-113 of this title shall be construed in anywise to affect or impair the right, title, interest, estate or lien of any purchaser, other than such municipality, under any sale made pursuant to law to satisfy liens for past due municipal charges.
