54:4-122.10. Office deemed vacant on collector's failure to give bond If any collector, including those appointed or elected to fill vacancies, shall fail to give bond as required by law, his office shall be deemed vacant, and the local governing body shall appoint some other suitable person to serve for the unexpired term and until the election or appointment and qualification of a successor.
