54:4-126. Expenses in connection with operation of property; payment Upon a proper showing, the receiver may be authorized by the court to pay out of the rents and income collected by him from such real property such expenses in connection with the operation thereof as may be necessary to secure the greatest income therefrom for the payment of the delinquent taxes, penalties, interest and costs and expenses as aforesaid.
