§ 54-4-127

54:4-127. Real property sold or to be sold for delinquent taxes as subject to Act Real property which has been heretofore or may be hereafter sold for the nonpayment of delinquent taxes, shall be subject to the provisions of this act for the purpose of collecting such delinquent taxes, penalties, interest and costs and expenses as aforesaid.
