54:4-2.2h. Anticipation by municipalities in preparation of annual budget Any municipality in which State property is situated and which shall qualify under the provisions of this act may anticipate its in lieu tax payment by the State as revenue in preparing its annual budget. L.1977, c. 272, s. 8.
