54:4-3.146. Annual administration fee payable by owner to municipality In addition to the annual payment required pursuant to section 7 of this act, the enabling ordinance may require, as part of the financial agreement, that the owner pay an annual administration fee to the qualified municipality, which fee shall not exceed one percent of the payment provided for herein.
