54:4-8.56. Regulations The Director of the Division of Taxation in the Department of the Treasury is authorized to adopt regulations pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to adapt the procedures for seeking, granting and allowing deductions under this act to the exigencies of time affecting the initial years of its operation.
