54:4-8.68 Income eligibility limits, adjustment. 9. The income eligibility limits provided in the definition of 'eligible claimant' under section 1 of P.L.1997, c.348 (C.54:4-8.67) shall increase by the amount of the maximum Social Security benefit cost of living increase for that year for single and married persons, respectively.
