54:49-12.11 Powers of State Treasurer. 5. The State Treasurer may: a. certify to a federal official the existence of a person's delinquent non-tax and tax liability owed by the person to the State government; b. request that the federal official withhold any vendor payment to which the person is entitled; and c. provide for the payment of the amount withheld to the State.
