54:5-104.75. Other manner of foreclosure not precluded Nothing in this act contained shall be deemed to preclude a further foreclosure or reforeclosure of the tax sale certificate in any other manner provided by Title 54 of the Revised Statutes, as amended and supplemented, or by any other statute.
