54:5-124. Amount required to redeem If the owner, mortgagee, occupant or other person having an interest in such lands shall redeem the same, he shall pay to the collector or to the collector of delinquent taxes of such municipality such payments as are required to be paid under the provisions of chapter five of Title 54 of the Revised Statutes, and in addition thereto shall reimburse the Board of Conservation and Development for such sums paid by it to said municipality in lieu of taxes and for such expenses incurred or expenditures made by said board on account of the acquisition of such lands.
