54:5-19.7 Contracts considered professional service; duration. 6. Notwithstanding the provisions of the 'Local Public Contracts Law,' P.L.1971, c.198 (C.40A:11-1 et seq.) to the contrary, contracts for property tax lien management services shall be considered as a professional service and may be entered into for a period not to exceed three years.
