54:5-72. Duplicate receipts; inspection If a special installment certificate is used, the collecting officer shall keep a duplicate of each certificate appropriately indexed, and open to inspection of all interested persons during reasonable business hours, and shall enter each installment payment on the duplicate, as well as on the original certificate.
