§ 54-8-5

54:8-5. Service upon joint tenants or tenants in common Service of process upon one of two or more joint tenants or tenants in common shall be sufficient to confer upon the court jurisdiction of all the joint tenants or tenants in common with respect to the subject matter of the action.
