§ 55-13a-12-1

55:13A-12.1. Retreat lodging facilities Retreat lodging facilities shall be subject to registration pursuant to section 12 of P.L. 1967, c. 76 (C. 55:13A-12) in the same manner as hotels; provided, however, that the certificate of registration shall designate the building as a retreat lodging facility.
