55:13A-23. Actions or proceedings; records The record or determination of any action or proceeding under this act, or any statement, report or record of any kind whatsoever obtained or received by the commissioner in connection with the administration or enforcement of the provisions of this act, shall be public records and reasonably available for public inspection.
