55:13A-26. Fees and penalties; deposit The commissioner shall deposit with the State Treasurer for inclusion in the State Treasury any fee or penalty required or permitted to be paid to and received by the commissioner pursuant to the provisions of this act. L.1967, c. 76, s. 26, eff. May 31, 1967.
