55:14J-48. Appropriations from proceeds of sale of bonds for expenses There is also appropriated from the proceeds of the sale of the bonds hereinbefore mentioned such sums as may be necessary to meet any expense incurred by the issuing officials under the act hereinafter mentioned for advertising, engraving, printing, clerical, legal or other services necessary to carry out the duties imposed upon them by the provisions of said act.
