§ 55-14k-27

55:14K-27. No personal liability on bonds Neither the members of the agency nor any person executing bonds issued pursuant to this act shall be liable personally on such bonds by reason of the issuance thereof. L.1983, c. 530, s. 27, eff. Jan. 17, 1984.
