55:14K-28. Purchase of bonds of agency by agency The agency shall have power to purchase bonds of the agency out of any funds available therefor. The agency may hold, cancel or resell such bonds subject to and in accordance with agreements with holders of its bonds. L.1983, c. 530, s. 28, eff. Jan. 17, 1984.
