55:17-11. Application The provisions shall apply to all mortgages executed and delivered on and after the effective date of this act, and, to the extent that it may be fairly and feasibly applied to mortgages heretofore made, shall be applicable thereto. L.1967, c. 304, s. 11, eff. Feb. 15, 1968.
