55:19-70. Eligibility for investments from New Jersey Redevelopment Investment Fund 55. a. Any municipality in which an empowerment neighborhood has been designated shall be eligible for investments by the authority from the New Jersey Redevelopment Investment Fund in infrastructure improvements and any other projects which the authority may choose to invest in. b. State programs shall give consideration to projects included in neighborhood empowerment plans developed pursuant to section 49 of P.L.1996, c.62 (C.55:19-64), or community development plans, as far as practicable.L.1996,c.62,s.55.
